Each individual may hold only one active pk265 account at any time. Deposits made to your pk265 account are non-refundable once they have been credited to your balance and used to place wagers. If a deposit is credited in error, or if you believe an unauthorised deposit has been made, contact our support team immediately. Refund requests made prior to any wagering activity will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed at the discretion of the pk265 finance team.
